 category for the best pet costume – Best in Show! Plus\, all attendees 
 will receive glow bracelets for some ghoulishly good fun during the glow 
 party. And that's not all! Sloppy Toppy and Kona Ice will be serving up 
 delicious treats and food to keep the energy high. Don't miss out on this
