Teen Sewing Class In-Person

The Conneaut Public Library is thrilled to kick off a new partnership with the Conneaut Quilters Guild starting in February! If you have a creative teen eager to learn sewing, this is a fantastic opportunity. The Conneaut Quilters Guild will guide teens in grades 6th –12th  on how to operate a sewing machine. Each month, participants will tackle projects that give back to the community while acquiring essential skills. Classes are scheduled for every Tuesday and Thursday during the second week of each month, beginning with sessions on Tuesday, February 11th, and Thursday, February 13th, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

Registration is necessary as space is limited to 5 teens, unless they bring their own sewing machine. A big thank you to the Conneaut Quilters Guild for generously donating 5 sewing machines to the library to make this initiative possible!
